Form C: Driver-Partner

Category C · Application for membership of the Zimbabwe E-hailing Association
Complete this form and submit it with the checklist documents to the Secretariat.
How to apply. Complete the form for your category and submit it online at zeha.co.zw/register. The Secretariat will provide a secure channel for identity, licence, police-clearance and banking documents; do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email. The Secretariat verifies the application against the published criteria and the Executive Board determines it within thirty days of a complete application, with written reasons for any refusal. Admission is a gateway, never a barrier to legitimate competition. Personal data is processed for membership administration under the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07]; see zeha.co.zw/privacy.

Most driver-partners are affiliated automatically through their platform’s compliance with the Driver Verification Standard, at no cost. This form is for optional direct individual affiliation, which carries Drivers Council standing.
