Four categories. Published criteria. A public register.

Registration is against objective, published requirements. Admission is a gateway, never a barrier to legitimate competition, and every requirement below is a continuing condition of membership. Local and foreign-owned platforms join on identical terms.

Platform Operators

Companies operating e-hailing, delivery or platform mobility applications in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwe incorporation, or registered external company with a resident responsible officer
ZIMRA registration and current tax clearance
POTRAZ data controller licence and certified DPO
Settlement account with a Zimbabwean registered bank
ZEHA Driver Verification Standard on every driver
Passenger safety features, insurance minimums, deactivation due process and a complaints SLA
Shared Safety Registry, provincial/intercity register and monthly reporting participation
Code of Conduct signed by a director

Fleet Partners and Vehicle Owners

Owners and managers of vehicles operated on member platforms.

Business registration or verified individual identity
CVR registration, certificate of fitness and ZINARA licensing on every vehicle
Insurance meeting the Code minimums
Written driver agreements meeting welfare minimums
Signed Code of Conduct

Standards Committee seat

Driver-Partners

Drivers and couriers on member platforms — affiliated automatically through the Driver Verification Standard at no cost, with optional direct affiliation carrying Drivers Council standing.

Verified identity with live facial match
Valid licence, VID defensive driving certificate, ZRP clearance
Medical fitness where required; compliant vehicle for owner-drivers
No unresolved Safety Registry listing
Signed Driver Code of Conduct

How admission works

Three steps. Thirty days. Written reasons.

1. Apply

Register online or submit the application form for your category with the checklist documents to the secretariat. You receive an application reference immediately.

2. Verification

The secretariat verifies your application against the published criteria of your category and refers it to the Executive Board.

3. Determination

Every applicant that meets the criteria is admitted, within thirty days of a complete application, with written reasons for any refusal and a right of appeal to the Compliance Committee.

Members in good standing display the ZEHA Registered mark · Subscriptions are proportionate, published annually with audited accounts
